We strive to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in the store. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will accurately reflect the actual color.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENTS
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices shown include applicable taxes when required.

4. SHIPPING
Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee arrival on specific dates.

5. RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product.
5.1 RETURN PROCESS
Refunds (only applicable in cases covered by warranty or withdrawal rights):
Bank transfer (savings, checking, or other accounts): Processed approximately within five (5) business days after we receive the returned product at our warehouse.
Payment reversal: Processed within fifteen (15) business days after the product is received. This is handled by your bank; please contact them directly with any questions.
Product Exchange:
Subject to inventory availability. Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or lesser value. Any price difference will be issued as a store credit coupon valid for a future purchase.
If an exchange is not possible due to inventory, a coupon will be issued for the original product value, valid for six (6) months from the date of issue.
Store Credit Coupon:
Coupons are valid for six (6) months from the creation date and can be used toward any purchase in our online store.
5.2 PRODUCT CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, with original tags (or included in the package if removed). Once received, we will inspect the product and determine whether a replacement or store credit will be issued.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE
Returns are not accepted for personalized products with customer-submitted designs. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the desired shirt color, size, and design before finalizing the order. For custom orders, we ensure everything is reviewed carefully before shipment.
