Terms & Conditions

• You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when artwork violates someone else’s rights or an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we refund it in full.
• Colors on a screen can look slightly different from printed colors. Small differences in color, print size or print placement are a normal part of production and are not defects.
• The content, branding, graphics and logos on this website belong to Fort Wayne Custom Shirts.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Two Kinds of Products

Our return rules depend on which kind of product you buy.

Custom products (final sale)

Anything made for one customer, including:

• Shirts created in our online designer with your logo, photo, text or idea
• Designs created with the AI design tool in our designer
• Orders made from a quote, such as staff shirts with your business logo
• DTF transfers printed with your artwork
• Printing on a garment you bring to us
• Items we source for you: stickers, business cards, car magnets, hats and embroidery

Standard products (returnable)

Items we sell as they are, with no personalization:

• Shirts with our own ready-made designs
• Dog products, such as LED collars, harness kits and leashes

Custom Products Are Final Sale

• No returns
• No refunds
• No exchanges
• No cancellation once production has started. If you need to cancel, contact us right away; if we have not started, we will cancel and refund your order.

When you place a custom order you are responsible for the size, color, spelling, uploaded artwork and design placement you chose. Please review your design carefully before you buy.

AI-generated designs

Designs made with our AI design tool are custom products. AI results can be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing the design and approving it before you order.

Returns for Standard Products

• You may return a standard product within 14 days of delivery or pickup.
• The item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
• Contact us before sending anything back so we can give you return instructions.
• The customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
• Local customers may return the item in person at no shipping cost.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

This applies to every product, including custom products.

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery or pickup.
• Send a photo that shows the problem.
• If the claim is approved, we will reprint or replace the item, or refund it, at our choice. In that case we also cover the shipping.

Not covered: damage from washing or care that does not follow our instructions, normal wear, and errors in the artwork, spelling, size or color that the customer submitted.

Your Artwork and Copyright

By uploading or sending us a logo, image, design or text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it.

We do not print artwork that we believe infringes a trademark or copyright, including sports team, university and brand logos, unless you show us written permission.

Printing on Your Own Garment

Local customers in Fort Wayne may bring their own garment for DTF printing. We handle every garment with care, but heat pressing carries a small risk for some fabrics. By leaving a garment with us you accept that risk.

Items We Source for You

Stickers, business cards, car magnets, hats and embroidered items are produced by trusted partner shops. Prices and delivery times are confirmed in your quote and depend on the partner shop. These items are custom products and are final sale.

Shipping and Local Pickup

• Small orders are usually ready in 2 to 5 business days. Larger orders and sourced items are confirmed with your quote.
• We ship only within the United States: $3.87 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item.
• Local pickup in Fort Wayne is free. The pickup address is sent privately after you place your order.
• Tracking is provided for shipped orders.

Quote Orders: Approval and Deposit

These rules apply to orders we quote for you by email, phone, WhatsApp or our quote form.

• Order Summary first. Before we print, we send you an Order Summary with the items, sizes, colors, print sizes, price and a proof of your design. We do not start printing until you reply APPROVED.
• Orders under $50 are paid in full when you approve.
• Orders of $50 or more need a 50% deposit to start. The balance is due at pickup, or before shipping.
• If you cancel before we start printing, we refund your deposit in full.
• Changes requested after approval may have an extra cost.
• Orders not picked up within 30 days of being ready, and with no reply to our messages, are considered abandoned and the deposit is not refunded.

Payments, Fraud and Chargebacks

• We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
• If there is a problem with your order, please contact us first. We answer quickly and want to solve it.
• We keep records of orders, approved designs and messages, and we may use them to respond to a payment dispute.
• We may cancel suspicious orders or ask for verification.

• Technical data such as IP address, browser type and cookies

How we use it

• To prepare, print, deliver and support your order
• To answer your questions and send quotes
• To prevent fraud and keep the website secure
• To improve our website and services

Who helps us process it

We share information only with the services we need to run the business: our website host, our payment processor, shipping carriers and email providers. Messages you type into the website assistant and ideas you enter in the AI design tool are sent to an artificial intelligence provider to generate the answer or the design.

Cookies and advertising

Our website uses cookies to remember your cart and preferences and to keep the site secure. We may also use analytics and advertising tools, such as the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and to show our ads to people who may be interested. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Emails to businesses

We sometimes email local businesses about our services. Every message includes our postal address and a way to stop receiving them. Reply STOP and we will not email you again.

How long we keep it

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed for accounting, legal and security reasons.
